About Me
My name is Coach Amey, I am your Physical Education Teacher. I was born and raised in College Park, Ga and attended Banneker High School. I acquired my undergraduate degree from University of West Georgia, where I also played football. I went on to get my Master's degree from Georgia State University in Education. I have been teaching and coaching for 5 years. I look forward to meeting you all and growing together.

Google Classroom (Block 1):
Provides instruction in methods to attain a healthy level of physical fitness. Covers how to develop a lifetime fitness program based on a personal fitness assessment and stresses strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition and cardiovascular endurance.
